Non-metallic gaskets are sealing elements made of various non-metallic materials and are widely used in sealing joints of industrial equipment. Compared with metal gaskets, non-metallic gaskets have better sealing performance, lighter weight and more economical cost.

Excellent sealing performance: compression rebound rate can reach 30-60%
Strong chemical stability: acid and alkali resistance range pH 0-14
Wide temperature adaptability: -200℃ to +300℃ continuous working temperature
Economic and environmentally friendly: the cost is only 1/3-1/5 of metal gaskets, and can be recycled
NBR nitrile rubber: excellent oil resistance, suitable for hydraulic systems (operating temperature -30℃~+100℃)
EPDM ethylene propylene diene monomer: strong weather resistance, commonly used in outdoor equipment (ozone resistance >100pphm)
FKM fluororubber: chemical corrosion resistance, the first choice in the chemical industry (strong acid and alkali resistance)
Asbestos-free compressed fiber: tensile strength> 10MPa, ideal choice to replace asbestos
Graphite reinforced gasket: thermal conductivity of 50-150W/m·K, suitable for high temperature conditions
Ceramic fiber gasket: temperature resistance up to 1400℃, used in special high temperature environment
PTFE polytetrafluoroethylene: friction coefficient is only 0.04, the strongest chemical inertness
PEEK polyetheretherketone: high mechanical strength, good creep resistance
UHMWPE ultra-high molecular polyethylene: wear resistance is 7 times that of carbon steel
