Basalt Fiber Twisted Yarn

Basalt twistde yarn is made of multiple basalt strands by primary twising (usually the filament diameter is under 9 μm).Basalt twisted yarns can be divided into weaving yarns and industrial yarns,and weaving yarns are usually made into cylindrical or milk bottle shape packages.

Filament diameter: ≤9μm

Working temperature:-260℃～650℃

Moisture content: ≤0.3％

 

Application:

-Fabrics and tapes resistant to acids,alkalis and high temperature;

-Base cloth of needled felt;

-Base cloth for electric insulation board;

-Electric insulating yarns and threads;

-Tire cords;

-Advanced heat-resistant and chemical-resistant fabrics;

-Advanced insulation materials;

-Unidirectional barics with high temperature resistance,high elastic modulus,and high strength;

-Woven fabrics with radiation resistance and heat resistance to 650-980℃.
