Double Jacketed Gaskets with ribs and bars
Double jacket gasket with soft pliable core, surrounded by a metal jacket that totally or partially encloses the filler material. Partition bars can be incorporated , integrally or welded into the gasket. Proper medium, pressure and temperature are decided by different materials we use. The highest temperature is 1300°C and the highest pressure is up to 100Mpa.

Double-jacketed gaskets are probably the most commonly used style of gaskets in heat exchanger applications. They are also extensively used in standard flanges where the service is not critical. Since most double-jacketed gaskets are custom made, there is virtually no limit to size, shape or configuration in which these gaskets can be made.
